We normally ship all orders within 2-3 business days.
When will my order get delivered?
The items you ordered, and your location will determine the transit and delivery time. On every product page, there is a delivery time estimate for your pincode.

How can I track my order?

I have received a damaged product, what should I do?
If you receive a product that is damaged, please contact us at xxxxxxxxxxxxxx within 24 hours of delivery, and we will do everything in our power to resolve the matter.
When returning or replacing a product, please make sure the packaging is still intact.

How do I cancel an order?
You can cancel an order, that has not yet been shipped, by sending us an email on xxxxxxxxxxxxxx. After the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, and the return policy mentioned below is applicable.
What is your return policy?
It is very unlikely that you do not like a product from our artistic treasure as we follow the highest quality standards and deliver our products with great care.
Hence, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for items that are delivered in perfect condition and according to the order that was placed. We are willing to offer a complete refund or reship your order, though, if the product is misdelivered (doesn't match the item in the order confirmation) or has a real manufacturing or quality defect.
The returned product should be in its original packaging and in the same unused condition as received within 3 days from the received date.
Do you arrange for reverse pickups?

When will I receive a replacement?
Replacement will be shipped only after the original item has been received by us, subject to the following conditions:
-The item(s) should be unused, unsoiled, and unwashed.
-The packaging should have the original tags in place.
-They should be returned within 3 days from the received date.
We won't accept any returned items that don't fit the aforementioned requirements. In this case, there will be no replacement.
What is your refund policy?
Orders that were prepaid will be reimbursed to the original source. Refunded COD orders will be credited to the account information provided at the time of refund request.
